12 June 2013 One of my senior said that the resverse service tax deposited by the company will be allowed to claim as service tax input not in the same month for which it is deposited.Company can claim in the next month ..is it right...? Please guide me..

12 June 2013 In case of Reverse charge Cenvat cedit can be taken on paymnet basis as per GAR-7 challans
