I have a query I am working with a trading company which is working in garments sector it has retail showroom in Delhi, I am working with this company, we have Interstate purchase from Mumbai, kolkata,
there are some bills would be Ag. cst 1% or cst 2% why difference ?

please sir give Resolution

14 February 2014 it is a interstate transaction then cst @2% will be applicable.

18 February 2014 no, as far as concern to issueing form C, this is for getting concession in tax rate i.e. VAT rate is 4%, but ag form C you have to pay 2% only.
when tax rate on any commodity 1% itself, i don't find justifying to issue form C in such case.
