Wrong interest deposited on tds

Dear All
Please suggest for below-
Date of payment credit- 03.10.2015 for Rs. 11500/-
Due date for deposit- 07.11.2015
Actual date of deposit- 10.11.2015
Interest deposited for late deposition- 11500*1.5%*1=Rs.173/-
Whereas it should have been deposited for 2 months ie: Rs. 346/-
Query- How to deposit additional late interest ie: Rs. 173/- and under which head?
Query- How to show it in TDS return?
Please suggest me on urgent basis as we have to file TDS return
