Dear Sir,
i have done mistake in filling return of a.y.2013-14. i have wrongely shown more income in income from other source so order has been issued for payment of tax. return has been file dtd.30.07.2014. Actualy i dont have taxable income. please solve my problem.

If the return relates to financial year 2013-14 filed within the due date i.e 30/07/2014 you can file revised return and escape from tax payment.

You can't revise the return pay tax as demanded.
