13 December 2011 AP VAT has been increased from 4% to 5% for goods in sch.IV, does it apply to works contracts as well?
Form 250 on site doesnt show any change?

The increase in VAT from 4% to 5% is for all dealers, not selectively.So it applies to works contract also....MJK
