Please tell me vehicle hiring and rent a cab is same thing????? abatement of rent a cab is applicable to vehicle hiring ??????

Vehicle is a very general term and will cover passenger vehicles as well as goods transport vehicles
Abatement is separate for goods transport vehicle and vehicles designed to carry passengers.
Goods transport vehicle - 75%
Vehicles designed to carry passengers - 60%
