(1) What is the limit for validity of PAN after death of individual?
(2) Income accrued to employee before the death of employee i.e. salary and bonus payable to nominee (family) is taxable in the hands of died employee or family.

1 Valid till completion of assessment of income.

The reply has resolved my doubts for recovery of TDS on salary and filling e-TDS quarterly return by employer.
