The **Division Superintendent** generally sits at the **Division Office**, not at the Range Office.

So you should send your **ST-1 hard copy** by speed post to the **Division Office** addressed to the Division Superintendent.

To summarize:

* Send to: Division Office (not Range Office)
* Address the envelope: “To The Division Superintendent, \[Name of Division], \[Address]”
* Make sure you send it to the correct division related to your registered location.
