The **Division Superintendent** generally sits at the **Division Office**, not at the Range Office.

So you should send your **ST-1 hard copy** by speed post to the **Division Office** addressed to the Division Superintendent.

* Address the envelope: “To The Division Superintendent, \[Name of Division], \[Address]”
