IT IS VERY MUCH DIFFICULT TO GET REGISTERED UNDER SOCIETY ACT TO CREATE A NGO. MY QUESTION IS CAN WE REGISTERE A NGO UNDER TRUST ACT AND AVAIL ALL BENEFITS INCLUDING GOVT. AID.

Hi,
The NGO should only be created under the trust Act and not under societies act. You will get all the govt aid if you create a trust. No need to go for society registration. It is not only cost/time consuming but also does not fit for govt aid.
