we want to know, we are auditor in trust
we are furnish 10B report.
is trust applicable for DSC for online return file.
1) is compulsary file 10B report Online with Auditor Sign
2) is Compulsary file online return for trust (with digital signature certificate for trustee)
please give reply.

14 August 2014 1. yes audit report needs to be filed online

2. no trust is not required to file the audit report with DSC. The DSC requirement is only for 44AB audit returns
