There are no provisions which can compel the employer to give you transfer. You will be getting results of PCC in next ten days. Good Luck.
If you clear the exams then go for Industrial Training. Also if you do not want to opt for IT then go for better firm on the pretext of better opportunities.
If you do not clear then work hard and clear the exams. Do not take transfer.
Remember, there are only few months of your life which are getting crushed under some unfortunate person but you have long span of life to build your own future.
I wish ICAI understands and solves such cases.
Anyway, do not get disappointed. Take blessings of your parents (they are most powerful) and continue. You will get very good results.
