30 June 2015 We getting transport services through a transport union....we get consignment Note from union but the union don't own any trucks they are constituted with nos. of individual transporters....but we paid to individual whose vehicles used...now my question is such individual don't owns 10 vehicles...but they give us CN in the name of Union...whether we are liable to deduct TDS from Union or Individaul..????

30 June 2015 As you are making payment to the individual who doesn't own more than 10 vehicles obtain declaration and PAN No, so that no need to deduct TDS.
