Sir,
If the owner is having 3 godowns and given 2 godowns to Company "A" and one godown to Company "B" on rent of Rs.70000 per godown.
On an overall income of the owner crosses more than the threshold limit of Rs.180000 for all the 3 godown, will the company liable to deduct TDS?

Thershold limit based on entity so need to be considered in comoanywise. no need to deduct

If receipts from one payer exceeds threshold tds deduction is required. In your case receipts from both the payer is less than the threshold limit of Rs 180000/- p.a. so tds not required to be deducted.
