Tds on payment made to ad co. in uk

Dear expert,
Our co. has used a Ad service of foreign Magazine , which is published in UK. Now we are making payment to them. my question is about whether TDS is deduct or not????
and what Documents will be required to be collect from the UK Ad agency???

Ad service rendered outside India for which the income is not taxable in India hence no TDS applicable.
