Dear Sir,
we have to pay airfreight from delhi to France to our holding company in germany should we deduct tds u/s 195
they also done courier delivery in france & genmany on our basis.

If you are reimbursing the expenses incurred on your behalf then kindly check the liability if the payment was made directly by you to the airfreight company

no sir we not making payment directly to air line co.
we hand over the shpts in India for delivery in france & germany.
they are 60% share holding in our company
we are a courier company in India & doing business with other company also. approx 20% revenue & appx 25% expenses paid to our holding co.
