25 February 2010 I AM HOLDING A RATAINERSHIP. MY CLIENT IS PAYING ME A FIXED SUM AGAINST MY CONVEYANCE CHARGES. THIS IS BEING CHARGED SEPARATELY IE. NOT INCLUDED IN MY BILL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

WHETHER TDS IS APPLICABLE ON CONVEYANCE CHARGES RECD BY ME.
