Proprietorship converted in to Partnership firm.
A new Pan card applied for Partnership Firm name.
My querry is ,whether I have to take new TDS NO or old registration no is applicable to Partnership firm.

Have to apply for TAN in form 49B in the name of partnership firm.

But there are some complecations.
partnership effec date is 01/04/2013
PAN CARD APPLIED on 01/06/2013 FOR FIRM.
Till date i.e April & May TDS has been deucted & Challan has been made on TAN of Proprietorship No.
Now what is option in such situation.
