28 June 2012 my mother have a get tds certificate against interest income from issuing autority canara bank. Which form is fill to claim tds amount. Kindly suggest me. How to fill the form for claim tds. If tds certificate is compulsory attach with return form

28 June 2012 You just have to file her Income Tax Return. If her taxable Income is Nil after exemption and all deductions she can claim refund. Give her bank account no in the return. Also check 26AS to verify that the TDS has been credited properly.
