is their is any change in filing the tds return. plz explain

As per CBDT Notification No. 30/2016 Dt: 29/04/2016, TDS Return filing due date of Non-Government entity would be withing 30 days from the end of the quarter to which return pertains. Additional 15 Days are allowed to file the return. This will come into force from 01.06.16

from 1.6.2016 TDS return fing period extend by 15 days as make same as govt authority.
