TDS CERTIFICATE AND CHALLAN

19 March 2010 I HAVE OBTAINED TDS CERTIFICATE FROM THE LADY WHO HAS LEASED MY OFFICE(WITH GREAT PAIN AS SHE IS VERY UN CO-OPERATIVE).
BUT WHEN I CHECKED ON TIN WEB-SITE,I FOUND THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED AND IT IS WRITTEN NEXT TO THE CHELAN -REJECTED.
I WOULD MAKE SOME BODY FROM MY SIDE TO FOLLOW THE MATTER WITH HER BUT IN CASE SHE DOESNT COOPERATE (WHICH IS EXPECTED)THEN KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE TO PROCEED LEGALLY?

ALSO, HOW DO I MAKE HER CORRECT THE CHELLAN?

PLEASE ADVICE ME.

21 March 2010 you can inform to regarding the challan not matching and ask her to correct the TDS return.if your having original TDS certificate your side safe.even you received intimation notice come from the department you can defend with the original certificate issued by the deductor
