IS INTRAHEAD ADJUSTMENT IS POSSIBLE UNDER TDS I.E EXCESS OF TDS UNDER ONE SECTION CAN BE ADJUSTED AGAINST ANY OTHER SECTION.

Inter head adjustment in not possible, you can adjust the further liability in subsequent month for the same head

Yes you can adjust as TDS technical deptt said to me ....
Give correct details of challan in TDS return & then fill section for which you want to adjuat
