Sir,
We had taken the printer on monthly payment basis Rs.3000.00 per month only for printer & maintenance of parts.
Paper , ink, electricity will be born by us.
Please applicability of TDS and which section is applicable.

if this is the only payment being made to the vendor, then NO tds is applicable either under 194-I or 194C.
