20 April 2015 because slab benefit is for individual only... higher tax from companies is need of india to make it develped.. and govt cant charge it from indviduals...!!

20 April 2015 As per Income Tax Act, 1961 and Finance Act of respective assessment year legislature provided in the law for taxing various person. It is practice of government to provide benefit of slab to individual entity and taxing company and firm at flat rate. it is immaterial who is earning more by individually or collectivlely.

20 April 2015 I,M TRYING TO CAOMPARE BECAUSE COMPANY IS LIABLE TO PAY TAX ON NET PROFIT (INCOME LESS EXPENSES) HOWEVER INDIVIDUAL HAVING BUSINESS OR PROFESSION THEY CACULATE FIRST NET PROFIT I.E. INCOME LESS EXPENSES AND THEN THEY ALSO TAKE ADVAVTAGE OF BASIC EXEMPTION LIMIT THEN Y COMPANY IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOE BASIC EXEMPTION LIMIT ?

20 April 2015 Many companies are having many benefits by govt... like lands at cheaper rates, tax exempt for ten years...

now govt is not providing this facility to individuals na...

so in mah view the rate chart is well planned and approved

20 April 2015 So do not ask this foolish question at this forum. just ask to government. if govt not agreed to your point go to courts. Because all ruling comes from constitution of india. hence COI is violated in your view than there is court
