in online submit ITR return, if bank not have MICR code. how to fill up bank's MICR code in ITR return for indvidual.

No no, (.) was a full stop in my answer. Mention 9 zeros. The MICR code is of 9 digits.

contact to e-filling call centre, then call me income tax return will be wrong, if you shown wrong micr code i.e. 000000000 (nine times zeros) shown in micr code column details.

What solution has CPC provided? If the assessee holds a bank account in a bank which does not have a MICR code, then what is the assessee supposed to mention in the return?
Ask CPC this question.
In my opinion, mentioning zero in MICR code will not create any problem because the assessee is NOT opting for refund through ECS.

cpc tell me, you should open bank a/c which have micr code.

Bank has to have MICR Code cz that identifies bank. Without MICR it can not issue cheque book to its customers. Check out with bank. they will provide you.
