You should have dispatched the appointment letter to the auditor within 7 days of EGM. Do not forget to maintain dispatch proof and do not forget to collect a written certificate from auditor proposed to be so appointed to the effect that the appointment or re- appointment, if made, will be in accordance with the limits specified in sub- section 224 (1B).
