STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES

10 February 2010 Whether exemption for Stamp Duty and Registration Charges can be granted under sec. 80(c) if possession has been taken in the same year ?
If so then at the time of sell when capital gain would be there it is deuducted as a Cost of Aquisition from Future Value of Consideration?
