11 March 2016 Receipts from Mandap hiring for the financial year 2013-14 worksout to Rs.17.65 lakhs. How much will be the ST liability and interest. Mandap is yet to register - Service Tax. Kindly let me know the total ST , penalty and interest due

11 March 2016 Assuming the turnover for FY 12-13 is below 10 lacs , 10 lacs in 2013-14 would be exempt and 7.65 would be liable for Tax and interest

11 March 2016 Mandap Keeper Services is Taxable serivces Applicable Taxes for 2013-14 is 12.36% Tax liability Rs.94554/- considering Treshold Rs.10 Lakhs Balance Rs.7.65 lakhs for tax liability.

14 March 2016 U will be taxed from FY 12-13 on entire value and exemption is not available
