Service tax return is required to be filed half yearly.
is it necessary to file the seprate return for each type of service.

Rajnish,
Service tax return should be seperately filed for each type of service as per law.
But as per daily practice, ST-3 is filled seperately for each type of service and filed together.

Hi,
Service Tax return is NOT required to be filed separately for multiple services.
If any assessee has multiple output/reverse charge service, then Column number 3 of ST3 Form needs to be repeated for each output service. But this all is within the same ST3 form.
