Service tax payable even if turnover is below 10 lac

Dear All,
Assume Turnover of company is as follows :
2010 : 11 lac
2011 : 07 lac
2012 : 05 lac
So we have taken service tax number in 2010 and paid service tax but whether i ahve to charge service tax in 2012 even if my turnover is below the exemption limit of Rs. 10 lac.
Please provide me section.

Sir,you need to pay the service tax for the year 2012.Please refer to notification 33/2012.

Yes, you are liable to pay Service Tax. Once you achieved the limit of 10lacs, you are liable to collect and pay service tax.
