Individual owns 2 Trucks. Runs exclusively for a Manufacturing Company for transporting goods from one place to other place inside the factory. This is under a contract and payment is Per Trip Basis. Will this attract Service Tax Thanking you in advance

I am into animation business and I am working from India but most of my clients are from outside India, I provide animation services to them and in return they pay me in Dollars. So am I eleigible for paying the service Tax on my income from these clients ? Pls Help Thanks !

Hi One of my client is an individual having 3 proprietorship firms in his name. The total turnover from all the three firms is less than Rs. 1 crore. He wants to adopt 44AD for 2 of his firms and wants tax audit as per 44AB for the 3rd firm. Is it possible. How ?? Plz reply. Its urgent.
