I have a doubt that those services on which some abetment is allowed and also covered under reverse charge scheme like GTA Services, can we take credit of those services

Yes, Three domestic services are under partial reverse charge as well as under abatement: Rent a Cab, GTA, Works Contract.
One can take credit of cenvat credit on GTA and Works Contract services subject to eligibility.
However, CENVAT Credit on Rent a cab services is barred.

Yes,you can very well take the credit of those services provided you are also a service provider or manufacturer.

Yes,you can very well take the credit of those services provided you are also a service provider liable to pay service tax or manufacturer liable to pay excise.
