hI SIR,
Sir mera ek school hai a Play school butterfly.
To mai puchna chata hu ki kya mai apne students ki fees par service tax laga sakta hu ya nahe.

Pre schools are exempt from Service Tax.
It is in negative list. you don't need to charge ST from your students.

Vikash Sir, Mai service tax Nahe lo to mujhe service tax jama karne ki bhi jarurat nahe hai. Aur pre-school ki income bhi exempt hoti hai ya nahe. Aur sir Ye kis section mai hai.

Aap ko bhi Service tax jama karane ki jarurat nahi hai. Because Pre school is exempt in Negative list.
Income tax me pre school ke liye ko exemption nahi hai.
