  • Ayush Kumar Sisodia says : Excise Cenvat Credit
    Cenvat would be applicable to the extent of alcohol sold for industrial purposes only (like Impure Spirit or Ethanol) and no Cenvat for alcohol sold to potable. Is this Statement True???
