Greetings of the Day.,
Dear Sir/Madam...
I have worked in a reputed construction company as a accounts executive at HO for 4.11 years can i eligible for got gratutity from employer.
pls suggest me

Sir,
As per Payment of Gratuity Act, Entitlement is as follows :-Gratuity is payable to an employee, who has rendered continuous service of five years or more on his termination of employment, superannuation, retirement or resignation. Completion of continuous service of five years is not necessary where the termination of employment is due to death or disablement due to accident or disease.
Therefore, as you have completed on 4.11 year as per my opinion you wouldn't be eligible for Gratuity.
