10 February 2015 Dear all expert & member,
i have obtain the ST NO. on 2/1/2015, am not collecting ST because my turn over is 910000, this year i would have to fill service tax return and if my turn over is below the exemption limit till 31/3/2015, can i collect ST in the next FY , what will the process till next year.

plz, solve my Query,

10 February 2015 IF your turnover remain below exemption limit then you are not required to collect service tax and pay it unless you cross 10 lacs in 2015-16. But if you collect any amt then you had to pay service tax for that.
