on ine day IT officer cane to my business place and asking for returns and books of accounts..
I want know whether they legally demand such or what proof I can ask from them 5o be sure that they r true IT officials or what is the proxedure in ITblaw to visit a place of business..thank for ur time...

Any IT officer visits your place verify their identity and and give your PAN No. and say you are regularly filing the return then he should leave your place.
