Service tax invoices raised in the year of 2007 the same can we reverse in the year 2009 and can we take input of Service Tax amount.

12 January 2010 The billing of 2007 presumably has not been recived at all and therefore you wish to reverse the same. It is permissible as ST is payable on receipt basis.
Where you provide taxable services the input services tax is available subject to Rule 6 of the CCR.
