As a company we are reiimbursing a lot of travel reimbursments to our employees for hire of car/cab.
Some time cab are directly booked by employees and some time cab are booked by company for employees and employee is claiming reibursment lateron.
Let us know the applicability of RCM in above scenario.

If employee will do the payment no need to pay service tax. If company will do the payment service tax liability will come to the company.
