Sir,
we are running main power placement (Recruitment) agency, now we are charging to Vodafone co on of the our clints. as Service Tax @12.36% for placment of candidates.
pls let me know can we covered under reverse charge machanisum, if we covered under it what we have to do.

Yes. You are covered. Charge only 25% of service tax. Rest 75% will be paid by Service receiver.
