Hello Experts,
Please answer my below mentioned query.
Mr X is having Joint Saving Account in the SBI with his son and Daughter-in-law. They are NRI and having NRE account in the same bank that is SBI. Fixed deposit of his son around 15 lacs is suppose to be matured after few days and he will receive that fund in Saving bank account. Can he transfer that fund from Saving a/c to the NRE a/c ? Will 15CA and 15CB required for this transaction? If yes then please provide me the format of this type of 15CB.

Yes it is required. Being maturity of fixed deposits of 15 lacs obtain 15CB from Chartered Accountant.
