02 June 2010 This is vikas. I got your mail address in CA ClubIndia. I Have doubt regarding service tax on export of Iron Ore & Exise duty on sale of Iron Ore in local/interstate sales. At the time of export of Iron Ore we pay for, Export Cargo Handling Charges with service tax @ 10.3%, Water Transportation Chrges with service tax @ 10.3% , Terminal Handling chrges with service tax @ 10.3% & Tug charges with service tax @ 10.3% Etc............after paying all these taxes how can we get refund of these taxes & whether it is shown inquterly return of Service tax return or we can get took input in excise return itself........
