Hi,
I want to ask whether VAT is applicable on property/sale purchase?..
And if not then can you tell me regarding the taxability of above ie if VAT not applicable then what tax is applicable on property/ sale purchase?
It will be very helpful on your part if you can help me with the same..

No VAT applicable on property purchase or sale. Capital gain tax applicable on gain on sale of property.
