What is procedure to rectify mistakes in C-form under DVAT already issued (online).

Under the system of electronic issue of 'C' forms there is no possibility of rectifying a C form.You may have to cancel it,inform the vat officer to enable to reissue it again.Once issue a C form get an ack no it is sealed.You cannot change it any way....mjk
