I have receive the PF from my previous company. i had working last 3 years, & my pf receive last year FY-2014-15.If pf withdrawal is taxable income...? Than after working another company & i have also some mis.working income receive last f.y-2014-15. Which can ITR i have applicable for the file...?

File ITR 1, show it as salary income, for salary received from both companies and PF withdrawal. Mis.working income under other income.
