How to check PF Settlement when Employee get discharged from the Job please Xplain

1.You can withdraw the amount from PF A/c

2. You can trasnfer the same accout to the present employer

20 December 2009 You can apply and fill the PF withdrwal Froms i.e. Form 10C and Form 19 after 45 days of your leaving the organisation.

in case transfer of ur old PF to New PF Account by submitting Form 13

21 December 2009 but i wanted to know u being an Auditor how you would start the process of checking.what things we should check? under Audit verify 1) they have attached income tax calculation instead of form 16.we write as query
2)which supporting and key points remembering for PF any new things coming up that should be dealt with.pls xplain.
