One of the service provider's father is very sick so he don't file their service tax return form 01.10.2007 to 30.09.2009 we have all discharge card from hospitalization. any provision to weave our late return filing penalty.

If the Show cause notice issued the proper opprunity to be given to the defaulter for reason for non filing based on the reason only decide before imposing penalty.but my suggesstion before that you can go department and give the request for the same
