Payment of stamp duty

There is the facility of payment of stamp duty in mca website.But it is asking for srn no. Which srn no should i fill in that?? Because I want to make payment of stamp duty before efiling of eform 1, 18 and 32... Or else can i make payment of stamp duty before efiling of eforms or it cant be?????

As far as my filing experience is concerned in case you select to pay stamp duty online you first file the forms and the pay Form fees. Only after your form fees is paid it asks you whether you will pay stamp duty alongside or after wards. yOUR QUERY IS NOT CLEAR. Incase you have not paid the stamp duty along side the forms fees it will ask you the SRN No of the 1,18,32 challan for connecting the same with the stamp duty.
However i have not done filing in the NEFT CHALLAN regime so i dont no regarding that process. But please confirm your query because once payment debited wrongly cannot come back....
