24 January 2012 Code to Which the earlier payment related or if there were payments under different sections then any section can be given.

Have you received the demand notice for the penalty? You must have otherwise you are not required to pay yourself. While payment also select TDS/TCS Regular Assessment (Raised by I.T. Department) in case notice is received.
