i am company and i am libale to deducted to partcal reversal amount of advocate fee but advocte not in reg in service tax

Dear Friend,
There is no partial reverse charge on advocate fees. Full amount of service tax is payable by service recipient, if service recipient is a corporate entity

Yes you need to pay 100% service tax as service recipient under Reverse Charge Mechanism whether the advocate is registered or not.
