i am a CA student , want to pursuie LLB .also my article has not been started yet. can i do LLB side by side, or is there any proceedure i should follow..plz tell me

Hi Rohan,
My suggestion to you not to persue any other course alongwith CA course. If you are meritorious student then only take the risk. Concentrate on the study of CA course only. In case you want to do LLB then you will have to sought the permission from institute.

Yes u can pursue the LL.B course with CA as well but when ur ArticleShip get started then u have to take permission from institute by filling Form 112

Dear Rohan,
I have my own recommendation. After taking relavent permission from ICAI you should 100% join some other course along with CA.
Three years simply doing CA Articleship is not done at all. I am sure you can do it my friend as everybody is doing.
Don't be defensive in life. Everything is dependent on your Attitude.
